Cracker Barrel is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead both front- and back-of-house operations and deliver the signature hospitality we’re known for. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure an outstanding guest experience through strong leadership and efficient processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of restaurant management, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work 50 hours weekly including holidays and weekends. Cracker Barrel values teamwork and community.
