Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Lead, coach and train team members
• Assist General Manager with disciplinary actions
• Ensure food safety standards and regulations are met
• Coordinate with GM on staff scheduling and priorities
• Maintain excellent guest and employee relations
• Utilize POS and restaurant tech to manage orders and costs
