Starbird in Palo Alto is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead our kitchen and front-of-house teams. You will oversee line operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through effective coaching and problem-solving.

The role requires 1-2 years in restaurant roles with proven supervisory experience, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to work across fryer, line cook, and cashier stations. A learning culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years’ experience in the restaurant industry with proven supervisory experience.
• Keep the team on task and focused on service standards.
• Assist with guest issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Work across the line (Fryer, line cook, cashier) as needed.
• Assist in training new team members and onboard smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Must stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift for extended periods and be mobile in a confined workspace.
• Must lift/move supplies up to 30 lbs and place items on shelves.
• Ability to plate foods following Starbird guidelines.
• Must tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Weekend and evening shifts are required.
• Open to coaching and mentorship as part of our learning culture.
