Job summary

The ideal candidate will have restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This is a tipped position with room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years in the restaurant business, 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and financial transactions.
• Lead by example and support General Manager during busy moments.
• Experience with restaurant tech: Aloha, Kitchen Display Systems, POS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations.
• Coordinate front- and back-of-house activities.
• Lead, train and develop team members.
• Assist the GM in decision making and planning.
