Job summary

Starbird Chicken is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily kitchen and service operations. You will keep the team on task, handle guest issues, and operate multiple stations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the restaurant industry with proven supervisor experience.
• Ability to keep the team on task and ensure smooth service.
• Willingness to coach and train new team members and ensure food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team on task and oversee daily operations.
• Assist with guest issues and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Work all line stations as needed (Fryer, line cook, cashier) during shifts.
• Plating prepared foods following Starbird guidelines.
• Mentor new team members and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Adapt to temperature changes in kitchen and maintain mobility in confined spaces.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.
