Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume location with a team of over fifty Family Members. You’ll drive operations, ensure quality and hospitality, and support staffing and training to meet sales and profitability goals.

Eligible candidates should have 1–3 years of leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, and a flexible schedule including overnights and weekends. This role is based at the home restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with current automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to reach potential.
• Manage goals across sales, labor, and profitability.
• Ensure food and workplace safety and uphold brand standards.
• Guide talent development, training, and retention with leadership teammates.
