Our client, represented by Crawford Thomas Recruiting, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will lead both FOH and BOH, develop teams, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who motivates staff, fosters a positive dining experience, and champions operational excellence across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Drive sales growth while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Manage employee scheduling, labor costs, and overall staffing needs.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and product ordering.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
• Identify, develop, and mentor future restaurant leaders.
