Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Metairie, LA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily FOH/BOH operations, drive guest satisfaction and mentor hourly team members.

Responsibilities include staffing, interviewing and hiring, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and engaging with the community. Must have at least one year of restaurant management experience and a willingness to relocate within the region.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• One year of experience in full-service restaurant management is preferred.
• Certification in food safety is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while maintaining service standards.
• Comply with safety, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant.
