Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and make daily decisions.
• Provide staff with feedback and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Perform line checks for weights, temperatures, cleanliness, and organization.
• Hire, train, and orient new hourly team members.
• Prepare shift reports and manage inventories and ordering.
