Job summary

Postino WineCafe is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Colorado to lead front-of-house operations, mentor staff, manage beverage programs, and uphold service standards. You will partner with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving efficient resource use and meeting budget targets.

The role requires prior management experience in a restaurant, a hospitality/business degree preferred, and Servsafe/Alcohol service certifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Combined work experience and education considered in decisions.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Lead beverage, FOH operations, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet budgeted sales.
• Oversee Purchasing, vendor relations, schedules, and staff development.
• Maintain cleanliness, decor standards, and safety programs across the store.
• Provide updates on budget spend, project status, and area responsibilities at manager meetings.
