Socket.dev, a restaurant group, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead guest experiences and supervise team members across front-of-house operations in Westminster, CO. You will drive service standards and ensure efficient use of resources to meet profit targets.

Success requires 1 year of manager-level restaurant experience or 3–5 years in a supervisory role, plus ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol certifications. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years of a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement and monitor staff functions to deliver positive experiences and meet budgeted sales and profits.
• Manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and COGs.
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Perform regular Facilities Walks and audits to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and decor standards.
• Oversee maintenance requests, invoicing, and vendor management through Service Channel.
• Provide updates and reporting on budget spend, project status, and area of responsibility at manager meetings.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and development of service staff and hosts.
• Coach and train team members to uphold standards in lighting, music levels, and guest environment
