Qualifications

• Two to five years of management experience in casual, upscale‑casual or fine dining.
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset; ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and prioritize guest service and satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain front- and back-of-house teams.
• Support initiatives to improve guest experience and loyalty.
• Help the restaurant achieve operational and financial goals.
• Participate in community involvement and local marketing efforts.
• Manage food, beverage and labor costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor operating expenses and supplies.
• Promote a safe working environment and address hazards.
