Calhoun's is seeking a Manager to lead one of their restaurants in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role emphasizes guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence to deliver hospitality at the highest level.

You will work with the management team to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate combines strong communication with a passion for hospitality.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of casual dining or upscale casual dining experience.
• Strong leadership, positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.

• Respond to guest complaints and resolve them to encourage return visits.
