Job summary

Calhoun's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at our Lenoir City and Knoxville locations. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional hospitality, coach staff, and drive operational and financial goals.

You will foster guest relationships, oversee daily operations, and participate in community and local marketing efforts. Join a team that values positivity, teamwork, and top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in casual, upscale-casual or fine dining.
• Hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and develop a team.
• Ability to balance guest service with solid operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example; prioritize guest service and satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure happy guests.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Support initiatives to improve guest experience and build loyalty.
• Help the restaurant meet operational and financial goals.
• Engage in community involvement and local marketing efforts.
• Manage food, beverage and labor costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor operating expenses (utilities, supplies, smallwares).
• Promote a safe work environment by addressing hazards.
• Complete daily operational paperwork (payroll, POs, deposits, forms).
