Job summary

The Copper Cellar Family of Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Maryville, TN, with leadership responsibility across front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations and champion hospitality standards in a busy casual to upscale setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven record of training and developing teams while balancing service

Qualifications

• Two to five years of management experience in casual, upscale-casual or fine dining
• A positive, hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to train, motivate and develop a successful team
• Ability to balance excellent guest service with strong operational performance

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and make guest service and satisfaction a top priority
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring every guest leaves happy
• Recruit, train, develop and retain talented front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Support initiatives that improve the guest experience and build long-term loyalty
