California Pizza Kitchen is hiring for a high-volume restaurant leadership role in Glendale, CA. You will lead front-of-house operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences while guiding a team through hospitality excellence and culinary execution.

The role emphasizes growth from within and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will forecast labor, manage budgets and drive sales, all while maintaining safety standards and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
