California Pizza Kitchen in Canoga Park is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations with a guests-first mindset. You will coach the front-of-house team, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive service standards to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will manage P&L, labor, and inventory, forecast staffing needs, and partner with culinary teammates to execute menus at peak performance. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to motivate and develop a team.
