Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a capable restaurant leader in Los Angeles to manage front-of-house operations.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least two years of FOH management in a high-volume setting, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills – ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Passionate about execution, hospitality and service.
• Physical requirements include ability to sit/stand/walk up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a phenomenal guest experience.
• Leading and inspiring the team with a people-first mentality to build on CPK's culture.
• Building a team around hospitality and culinary execution and developing top talent.
• Driving sales, profitability, and guest counts.
• Managing the P&L and forecasting labor expenditures; budgeting and variance analysis.
