The Cheesecake Factory is seeking an experienced culinary leader to manage daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting. You will mentor a large team, implement scratch-kitchen standards, and drive guest satisfaction through consistent execution and people development.

You will monitor financial performance, including labor and waste, while upholding safety, quality, and brand standards. This full-time role offers a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales, full service environment.
• Manage, coach, and develop teams of 30+ employees.
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including labor management, recipe adherence, portion control and waste management.
• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members to become future culinary leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
