Rye Street Tavern, part of Clyde's Restaurant Group, seeks a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Baltimore on the waterfront. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a dining room manager, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide guests with exceptional service and value.
• Disciplined and fair about standards while developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH employees.
• Write and post FOH weekly schedules and set service goals.
• Greet guests, process checks, and resolve customer complaints.
• Interact with guests to establish a personal, professional rapport.
• Conduct daily menu class and safety/health practices.
