Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required.
• Friendly, hardworking with high level of service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Wipe, clean, and polish the bar counter, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment.
• Inventory and stock the bar for setup with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff.
• Mix ingredients according to standard recipes.
• Ring drink and food orders into the register.
• Count inventories and restock the bar to closing par levels.
• Slice and arrange fruit and other garnishes.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble blenders and other equipment.
• Receive and make change for employee shift meals.
• Count and reconcile banks at shift start/end.
