Job summary

Portillo's Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will model operational standards, supervise shifts, and ensure safe, high-quality food and service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of management in a high-volume restaurant, strong communication, and a solid understanding of P&L. You’ll coach and develop team members, manage scheduling and inventory, and participate in budget

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Strong communication skills in English with team members, managers, and guests.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
