Ideal candidates bring front-of-house hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage busy service periods in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/front-of-house experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large party seating and flow.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the dining room operations and flow.
• Coordinate placement of large parties and events.
• Greet and seat Guests, acting as a goodwill ambassador.
• Uphold Maggiano's service standards and the Maggiano's Way.
