Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage guests and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, staffing, scheduling, and profitability drivers.
