Landry's Seafood is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

You will drive exceptional guest experiences, manage costs, ensure safety and quality, and maintain brand standards across all service aspects. This role emphasizes leadership presence and continuous improvement in a renowned Gulf Coast dining brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees, guests, and business partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory controls, labor costs, and other operating expenses.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, staffing, scheduling, and profitability drivers.
• Current knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Proven track record of career growth, accountability, and excellence.

Responsibilities
