The role requires proven leadership, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage handling. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to drive profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and stock rotation.
• Address issues during service promptly and professionally.
