Restaurant Manager in Tulsa, OK is sought to support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations, delivering exceptional results, and maintaining a great culture. You will supervise staff during shifts, ensure compliance with Food and Beverage standards, and help achieve financial and guest-service objectives.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Food and Beverage standards and company policies.
• Oversee operations to deliver prompt, courteous service.
• Train and supervise staff during shifts.
• Monitor quality, health and safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in inventory, ordering supplies, invoices, and paperwork.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and security.
• Address guest complaints per standards.
