Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategies for the restaurant aligned with the hotel’s mission.
• Monitors performance and adjusts strategies to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Leads staff meetings, trains employees, and coaches for performance.
• Coordinates restaurant operations to meet Choice Hotels standards.
• Ensures compliance with liquor laws and safety / sanitation requirements.
