Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage labor and inventory, and create staff schedules while upholding brand standards.

Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred, and a bonus program is available to reward performance. This position offers a full-time schedule and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred
