Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs
• Train and develop crew under supervision
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew
• Conduct crew and management team meetings
• Maintain inventory and control food costs
• Ensure cash procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
