Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee’s location in Virginia. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead crew, and ensure high standards of service, food quality, safety and cleanliness. A strong leadership presence and hands-on approach are essential.

You will schedule staff, train crew, manage costs, and uphold company policies while supporting a positive, guest-focused environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew; provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operation procedures and safety.
