Not Your Average Joe’s in Acton, MA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a full-service venue. You will oversee hourly staff, uphold our quality standards, operating systems and culture, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach and develop team members, manage labor, and ensure compliance with all laws and guidelines while maintaining a warm, energetic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience managing a full-service restaurant.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge and ability to recall ingredients and dishes for guests.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to coordinate a team and maintain professional image.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage for all shifts.
• Interview, train, counsel, and coach staff.
• Ensure training materials and schedules are followed.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Maintain a harassment-free environment.
• Manage labor to protect guest experience and costs.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit goals.
