Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Florida to support daily operations and uphold the brand’s standards and culture. The role involves shift management, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead crewmembers, ensure compliance with policies, and help drive performance while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Full-time position with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and upholding standards and culture.
• Acts as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant; manages cash handling.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety; provides exemplary customer service and directs crewmembers.
