The role focuses on managing and motivating team members, maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability, with the opportunity for advancement. The candidate should lead by example, recruit and train staff, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with safety policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Availability to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain inventory and ensure food safety standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and reports maintained.
