Cafua Management Company operates Dunkin Donuts locations and is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Concord, NH. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, uphold Dunkin standards, manage operations, and drive profitability.

The role emphasizes guest-first service and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will develop staff, monitor performance, and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction, while controlling costs and executing marketing initiatives and product

Formación

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be 18+ years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train and develop restaurant staff.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, and review employee performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, healthy, and sanitary environment per laws.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs.
