Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume location in Austin, TX. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and coach a diverse team of 50+ Family Members toward growth and operational excellence.

You’ll be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, upholding food safety and brand standards, and driving continuous improvement with the leadership team. This role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards, creating friendly, fast experiences.
• Coach and develop Family Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.

• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across day parts.
