Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume location in Texas, overseeing operations, guest experience, and team development.

You will drive sales and profitability, manage shifts, uphold food safety and brand standards, and mentor a team of 50+ Family Members. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED (strongly preferred).
• Able to meet business needs with open availability, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience required.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain during training).
• Valid driver's license and current automobile liability coverage in your state.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards by creating friendly, fast experiences.
• Coach and develop Family Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards are upheld.
• Model Whataburger values and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across day parts.
• Support talent development, training, hiring, and retention with leadership partners.
• Assist in business planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvements.
