Whataburger in Austin, TX seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume store with a strong focus on hospitality, quality, and teamwork. You will oversee daily operations, coach a large team, manage goals in sales, labor, and food cost, and ensure food and workplace safety.

The role provides opportunities for operating partner tracks, ongoing leadership development, and a broad benefits package including education support and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service to create friendly, fast experiences at Whataburger.
• Coach, develop, and support team members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, and profitability.
