Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership skills—ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a phenomenal guest experience and build a people-first culture.
• Lead team around hospitality and culinary execution and drive growth.
• Manage P&L, forecast labor, control costs, and monitor budgets.
