Mendocino Farms is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Carlsbad location. This onsite, full-time role requires leadership of a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operate the restaurant efficiently.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,100 per year, based on experience, with generous perks including 401(k) match, vacation, and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for coaching a team.
• Proficient in inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.

• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong ives effective feedback, grows the team every day
• Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
