Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' Team and provide strong, positive leadership to deliver great guest experiences and uphold operational excellence according to brand standards and franchisee guidelines.

You will hire, train and develop staff; plan shifts; manage costs; oversee safety and compliance; and drive sales through promotions and product roll-outs while maintaining a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and guest-service oriented.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest-service goals.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Prepare and implement action plans for production, productivity and quality.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant promotions and product roll-outs.
• Set sales goals and track results.
