Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin', is seeking a Restaurant Manager to recruit, train, and lead the store team while driving sales and profitability. You will implement standards for quality service and cleanliness and manage the P&L for your location.

You will supervise shifts, guide team members, and ensure a memorable guest experience. Prior supervisory experience in food service is required, with a focus on results and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus - anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Passion for results - set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making - make good decisions from data and judgment.
• Building effective teams - place the right people and empower them to work as a team.
• Physically capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; lifting 30–50 lbs may be required.
