Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit in Brush Prairie, WA. You will supervise operations, train staff, and drive profitability while maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong preference for internal promote who has completed learning zone training and certiications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories (food, labor, cash) to budgeted levels.
• Drive sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and ASM.
• Hire for crew, shift leaders, and ASMs.
• Coach and develop staff to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety for employees and guests.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and report repairs.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training.
