The RGM will manage costs, staffing, vendor relations, and guest experience, while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies. This position requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Has reliable transportation and is able to arrive to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Controls food cost, labor cost, cash and controllable expenses per guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Drives sales growth by improving key performance metrics (5 Bells, CORE) and maintaining speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and day parts.
• Prepares and conducts crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals.
• Performs the hiring process for new crew members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers.
• Coaches and trains team to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensures a safe environment and takes corrective action when needed.
• Oversees preventive maintenance and reports repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles guest complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective selection and training and by fostering a positive work environment.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register operations.
