Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Brush Prairie, WA. You will provide leadership, supervise operations, train staff, and ensure a profitable, clean, and guest-friendly operation.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, staffing, performance evaluations, hiring, coaching, maintaining sanitation and safety, and delivering high levels of service while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Internal promote preferred after completing learning zone training and certiications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliability.
• Has reliable transportation and can arrive on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Controls food, labor, cash, and other expenses to company guidelines and budgets.
• Drive positive sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; ensure sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ensure a safe restaurant environment and take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee maintenance procedures and report repairs to maintenance and area coach.
• Deliver excellent guest service across shifts and handle guest complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide feedback to the area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through effective selection and training and positive work culture.
• Prepare food for guests and training purposes; assist with cash handling when required.
