• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with GM/DM involvement.
• Promote customer satisfaction to elevate sales.
• Monitor waste, prep, and procedures to control costs.
• Lead training and development of crew and new managers.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health policies.
