Cedartown Foods is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop into a restaurant leader. This learning role covers people, operations, and financial metrics, with a focus on guest experience, cleanliness, and profitability through training and an unbeatable work culture.

The MIT recruits, trains, coaches, and develops front-line leaders, ensures food safety and brand standards, drives service speed and satisfaction, and communicates with the District Manager to support company goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior Quick Service Restaurant management experience or supervisory experience within a fast-paced restaurant.
• High School Diploma preferred; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic operations software; Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops successful Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
• Executes brand training programs and ensures adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Delivers an unbeatable work culture that drives engagement, retention, and minimizes turnover.
