Job summary

Cedartown Foods is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a restaurant leader overseeing people, operations, and financial metrics. You will learn to lead a team, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The MIT will work with the District Manager, focusing on training, performance coaching, and driving profitability while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) units or hourly management is preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop staff at multiple levels.
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
• Maintain brand standards including cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service speed without compromising quality.
• Review financial reports and collaborate with the team to improve profitability.
• Communicate brand initiatives and ensure team alignment through huddles and meetings.
