Cedartown Foods is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a restaurant leader. This learning role prepares you to oversee day-to-day operations, people, and financial metrics while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced environment.

You will train in brand standards, guest satisfaction, food safety, and operational excellence, with mentorship from the District Manager. The program emphasizes communication, teamwork, and leadership to drive profitability and strong culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and open availability during all restaurant hours.
• 1+ year of prior Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing units with drive-thru preferred.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop staff at multiple levels.
• Maintain food safety standards, hygiene, and proper production processes.
• Train team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience and achieve service goals.
• Lead operations to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with brand standards.
• Review financial reports and drive profitability through training and coaching.
• Communicate brand initiatives and cascade information to the team via meetings and huddles.
