Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a QSR environment with supervision responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates and promotes staff as needed.
• Communicates changes to food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with health and food safety codes and company safety policy.
• Identifies prospective customers to promote sales.
